I am starting a 365 Gratitude experiment. Each day for the
next 365 days, I will write down everything I am grateful for in that day, and
see where it takes me.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful habits that create a
happy life. Because of the Law of Attraction, when you focus on the things you
are grateful for, you create more things
to be grateful for. Just focusing on the good brings about warm, happy
feelings, and when you feel good, you attract more into your life that makes you
feel good. Sounds like a wonderful thing to me :)
Day 1: What I am grateful for today:
- All the health I have
- My family
- My friends
- Opportunities and things working out for the business I’m starting with Annika
- A warm apartment
- Food
- Water
- Tons of laundry to do, ‘cause that means I have clothes to wear
- A new job I’m starting next week
- A working car
- Good music
- The fact that I was able to get through 135 squats, a 2 minute 20 second wall sit, a 90 second plank, and 11 pushups today without being totally dead at the end
- A cozy bed and a good book to curl up with in a little bit
- Hot showers
- Did I mention AWESOME friends?
- What about my amazing sisters?

- And all the good that I know is on its way to me :)
